But against Gazélec Ajaccio on Saturday, the Portuguese defender also netted his first ever goal for the Red & Whites! His 74th minute equaliser made him the oldest ever goalscorer in AS Monaco’s history at the age of 37 years, 7 months and 21 days, beating the record previously held by Ludovic Giuly since 2011/2012 (35 years, 9 months and 4 days).
