With 19 goals and 17 assists for the U19s, Gobé GOUANO has been one of Frédéric Barilaro's biggest attacking assets this season. Born on 10 December 2000 and originally from Paris, Gobé arrived in the Principality at the end of July 2015. Over the last three seasons, the pacey forward, a keen follower of Zlatan and CR7, has gradually made his way up through the categories.
"It was my dream to sign pro terms... Now I need to repay the faith that the club has shown by giving me my first professional contract. It's a milestone. It's up to me now to achieve my aim of playing for the first team!"
Gobé Gouano has signed his first professional contract, which takes effect on 1 July. The short-term deal runs until June 2021.
