School of Champions
Since 1975, when it was created under the direction of Gerard Banide, the Training Canter has led many young talents to the top-level football. Some have reached the heights as Emmanuel Petit, Lilian Thuram, David Trezeguet and Thierry Henry, World Champions 1998 Champions of Europe 2000 with the France team, or senior such as Manuel Amoros and Bruno Bellone, European champions in 1984.

But beyond its exceptional success rate which is the pride of the AS Monaco, it is to successfully combine the sporting, educational, academic and medical aspects in the perfect setting of the Principality. Before training champions it is a question of leading young men from adolescence to adulthood and to give them all the key skills they will need for their personal success through the values of work, self-abnegation and solidarity, the rules of community life, an excellent education and an experimented and complete supervision.
