AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain have reached agreement for the transfer of Layvin Kurzawa.
After arriving in the Principality in 2007, the 22 year-old defender experienced everything with the Red & Whites (97 appearances, 9 goals).
An Academy product and winner of the Coupe Gambardella in 2011, Layvin Kurzawa made his Ligue 1 debut at 18 years of age, and was a part of the side that earned promotion back to the top flight. He got his first taste of senior international action with France during his time at Monaco, and also played an active role in last season's successful Champions League campaign (when the club reached the quarter-final).
AS Monaco wishes him all the best in his future career.
Vadim Vasilyev, Vice-President & CEO of AS Monaco
"We are very happy with everything Layvin has achieved at the club. By regularly showing his qualities and potential in the French league and in Europe, Layvin has demonstrated the expertise of our Academy. He has opted for a new challenge, and we wish him all the best for the rest of his career."
