The agreement, signed by the president of Portuguese club Vitoria SC, Julio Mendes, and the vice-president of AS Monaco FC, Vadim Vasilyev, for a minimum of three years.
The history of excellence of the two clubs as well as their sporting and financial management justified this agreement between the two clubs which will soon reap real rewards for both parties. It is within the framework of this partnership that Vitoria SC signed the AS Monaco FC player Chris Malonga.
Along with the Vitoria SC president, the meeting also featured the presence of club sporting director Flavio Meireles, and general manger Joao Martins.
