It's clocked up some 135,000 times in just over 24 hours. The training video showing the stoppers honing their reflexes with a novel-looking exercise - using an overturned piece of fence - has gone viral! The clip has been featured by a host of European media outlets, including Marca, Mundo Deportivo, Eurosport, RMC and the Gazzetta dello Sport, and the unconventional exercise has been described as revolutionary.
"I've actually been using this technique for many years, it's not new", explained André Amitrano, AS Monaco's goalkeeping coach. And it's not only the 'keepers who use it, either. Valère Germain is among those to have tried the unusual method in the past to practise his finishing. And just last month, AS Monaco TV ran a feature on the technique:
