Draw between Braga and AS Monaco

First half
The first opportunity for Les Monegasques came when Rony Lopes sent a cross into the box for Lyle Foster who tried a shot, but Portuguese goalkeeper Matheus came up with the save. Rony Lopes, started a one-two with Cesc Fabregas, put together a great sequence, but missed the frame of the Braga goal. Due to a misunderstanding between the visitors’ goalie and his defense, Gelson Martins tried a lob from the edge of the box, but it was saved. Later in the half, Benjamin Lecomte was forced to make a double-save on a corner. Foster, once again, received a Rony Lopes cross, but his header missed slightly off the frame. Shortly before half-time, Benjamin Lecomte saved another shot by deflecting the Portuguese free-kick, which hit the left post. Both teams returned to the locker room on the score of 0-0.
Second half
SC Braga got the first chance out of the locker room. Jonathan Panzo cleared a cross for a corner and avoided the danger. Another Portuguese opportunity came when Fransérgio cross was too short for the Braga striker. After another save for Benjamin Lecomte, the Red and White emerged but Wilson prepared his strike, which hit the post of Red and White. AS Monaco returned to the attack through Golovin. The Russian midfielder found Benjamin Henrichs, who strikes, forcing the Portuguese goalkeeper to push the shot back for a corner. Aleksandr Golovin crossed for Naldo in the area, but the Monegasque was too short. AS Monaco and SC Braga split on a draw, 0-0.
