Prince Albert gives Xi Jinping a jersey
On a state visit to China, HSH Prince Albert met Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
The Sovereign Prince presented the Chinese President with a jersey of AS Monaco with his name, also with the number 6. A number sounding particularly favorable in Mandarin.
The exhibition “Princes and Princesses of Monaco. A European dynasty” is held at the Forbidden City until 11 November.
A month ago, at the beginning of August, AS Monaco made its first trip to China, in Shenzhen, during the Champions Trophy. On this occasion, the club had launched its social networks locally to get closer to football fans and enhance the image of the club of the Principality.
