Leonardo Jardim : "The chase continues against Brest"

At this moment the 3-5-2 allows us to be more efficient. We always try to make sure that the players are the closest in these tactical systems. Against Marseille for example, we gave away a lot of space.
We have three games in seven days, we are managing the squad. Changes work well. It's hard to play three games in a week. A squad is a group with players who play more and others less but they are all important.
Fàbregas has played most of his career as a box-to-box midfielder, but he also has a great quality to build play. Golovin plays with more verticality but he knows how to play in all positions. He is a very important player.
I think Golovin is a good player, he has had difficult times with particular injuries. At the end of last season he was already playing more, he still has to progress in terms of his positioning. With adaptation and work he will reach a new level.
We can attack the coach on the results but not on his way of working and his methods. Coaches live by results.
Even against Reims we had a positive match. Brest play with a lot of intensity and fighting spirit. They will cause us a lot of problems. It will take a lot of solidarity and being focused to win.
