Wissam Ben Yedder MVP against Reims

Wissam Ben Yedder MVP against Reims
Scorer on Saturday against Stade de Reims at Stade Louis-II (1-1), Wissam Ben Yedder is your weekend's MVP.

As the team’s unbeaten run continues for a fifth week in a row, “WBY” is once again no stranger to this award. By registering a penalty in the 31st minute of play against Reims, the French international allowed his team to open the scoring. Very active throughout the match, he could even have turned the game in AS Monaco’s favor in the last minutes on a shot saved by Rajkovic, who was having a massive game.

Wissam Ben Yedder scored his 17th league goal and is just one short of his career record in one season (18 goals in 2018-2019). You elected him MVP with 42% of the votes on this 27th matchday, his eighth award of the season on the AS Monaco App. Kamil Glik (16%) and Benjamin Lecomte (13%) completed the podium.
