Monaco launches PES 2019 team

The AS Monaco eSports Team is proud to announce the recruitment of two PES players: double World Champion Walid Tebane and Lotfi Derradji.

As the 2019 version of the PES game came out this week, the AS Monaco Team eSports is getting ready for the exciting season ahead. The two new recruits, Walid Tebane and Lotfi Derradji, will participate in eFootball. Pro, the first international eSports competition for top football clubs, in which they will meet FC Barcelona, ​​Shalke 04 and Celtic.

At the age of 25, Walid has one of the finest international awards on the Pro Evolution Soccer license with two consecutive World Championship titles in 2015 and 2016. In 2015, he is also crowned champion of France on Konami’s flagship title. With a very offensive style of play, Walid is also known for his fighting spirit and technical gestures that he alone has the secret. “It is an honor and a great pride for me to join AS Monaco, I thank the staff for their trust in me and I will do my utmost to raise the colors of the club on the eSports stage!”

Lotfi Derradji
Real prodigy, Lotfi already has a beautiful course on Pro Evolution Soccer at just 19 years old. In addition to a promising solo track record, he is also fond of team play (3vs3): he notably finished the past season semi-finalist of the World Championships (PES League 2018 – in cooperation with his former teammates of the Neo eSports ). “I am very proud to join an institution like AS Monaco, even more when playing football, and I will do my best to help bring eSports trophies to the club but also to make proud those who trust us and the fans! ”

AS Monaco announced in July its collaboration with Konami. Thanks to this partnership, AS Monaco will enjoy the best possible reproduction of its players and the Stade Louis-II. Each element of the group will return to its style. Mame, its statistics, and the players’ outfits will be faithfully reproduced. Finally the French version of PES 2019 will highlight, on the cover of the game, the captain of AS Monaco Radamel Falcao.
