August 10 2013 – AS Monaco celebrates its return to Ligue 1 with a victory away to Bordeaux (0-2). Falcao is a goalscorer in his first official match in red and white.
December 3, 2013 – A first OGC Nice – AS Monaco derby at the Allianz Riviera. AS Monaco win by a large margin, 0-3.
January 31, 2014 – Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov joins AS Monaco to make up for the absence of Radamel Falcao, who suffered a serious knee injury. His time in the principality started a few days later against PSG at the Stade Louis-II.
May 17, 2014 – AS Monaco ends the 2013-2014 season in second place, capping a very successful return to Ligue 1 and achieving direct qualification to the Champions League. Ricardo Carvalho shares this moment of joy with the supporters.
June 6, 2014 – Recruited from Sporting Portugal, Leonardo Jardim replaces Claudio Ranieri as coach of AS Monaco.
July 14, 2014 – AS Monaco embark on an American summer tour of Colombia (Barranquilla) and the United States (Miami). The Reds and Whites faced the Colombian sides Atlético Nacional and Deportivo Cali.
July 22, 2014 – After impressing with AS Monaco and having played an exceptional 2014 World Cup with Colombia, James Rodriguez is transferred to Real Madrid. The Colombian  becomes the most expensive sale ever made by AS Monaco.
July 29, 2014 – Tiemoué Bakayoko joins from Stade Rennais, the club where he was trained. He made his Monegasque debut a few days later against Lorient.
August 7, 2014 – Bernardo Silva is loaned to AS Monaco from his training club, SL Benfica Lisbon. He would start a few days later in Bordeaux.
September 16, 2014 – AS Monaco made a triumphant return to the Champions League by winning 1-0 against Leverkusen with a goal from Joao Moutinho.
