Monaco to face Sampdoria in 1st round of the Philipp Plein Cup
AS Monaco hosts Sampdoria of Genoa on Saturday, August 3, at 19:30, as part of the first edition of the Philipp Plein Cup. You can buy your tickets, either online or at the ticket offices of Stade Louis-II, starting immediately.
As part of the first round of the Philipp Plein Cup, AS Monaco has drawn Sampdoria.
The squad led by Fabio Quagliarella (top scorer in Serie A last season, with 26 goals) finished 9th last season in the Italian top flight.
The friendly will take place at Stade Louis-II, at 19:30 on Saturday, August 3rd. This meeting will close the pre-season for AS Monaco. On Friday, August 9, Leonardo Jardim’s men will take on Olympique Lyonnais in the opening match of Ligue 1 Conforama, at Stade Louis-II.
