Slimani scores with Algeria
The AS Monaco striker confirms his excellent start to the season with another goal. But Algeria still conceded in a draw (1-1) against the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Islam Slimani was the scorer in Algeria’s match against DR Congo, with his 30th goal for the Fennecs in 66 caps. The Red and Whites’ striker is once again involved in a goal this season. Already the leader of Ligue 1’s assists table, he has scored in the last two games of Algeria. On Tuesday, October 15, Slimani and Algeria will face Colombia in a friendly match at Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille.
