Benoît Badiashile : "All places are up for grabs"

Benoît Badiashile : "All places are up for grabs"
Extracts from the press conference of defender Benoît Badiashile two days before the reception of Reims this Saturday, February 29 at 8:00 p.m. at the Stade Louis-II.
We take each match the same way. Even if Stade de Reims don't score much, it will be important to stay focused because we can concede a goal at any time.
Robert Moreno gives me a lot of advice, especially with regard to concentration. He tells me about the details that a defender must know. He is a coach who talks a lot to his players. He gives me reassurance, confidence and stability.
I have certain points on which I must improve, including concentration of course, but I continue to work every day. I am always focused on the game and never think of anything else.
The coach makes his choices on weekends. Kamil (Glik) and I accept them. We are at his disposal and we do what he asks us. There is competition as there is in each position, which is what makes the squad good. We have to give everything when we have playing time to prove to the coach that we deserve our places.

When we are AS Monaco, we must have high goals and we will do everything to achieve them. It's still doable, the championship is very tight this year, there is no huge point difference apart from Paris Saint-Germain. Every player dreams of playing in the Champions League.
The defensive side is doing better because we are conceding fewer goals. Compared to the first match we played against them in early January, we have more confidence and more stability. We defend better and can manage the different phases within a match.
I speak to the U19s every day and I hope they go far. They are my friends and I am in contact with them every day. I hope they will continue like this and remain unbeaten until the end of the season.
Rise. Risk. Repeat.
