A limited-edition historic jersey

A limited-edition historic jersey
In partnership with the Copa brand, AS Monaco pays tribute to a beautiful era in its history by launching, in a limited edition, this replica of the jersey worn in the late '70s and early '80s.

Between 1977 and 1982, the diagonal shirt bore the logo Radio Monte Carlo (RMC), its sponsor of the time, and was worn by the team managed by Lucien Leduc, then Gérard Banide on their way to two titles as champion of France (1978, 1982) and a victory in the Coupe de France (1980).

The launch of this “retro” shirt is also a tribute to iconic players of the time: Jean Petit, Rolland Courbis, Jean-Luc Ettori, Alfred Vitalis, Christian Dalger, and Delio Onnis. The Argentine striker remains top scorer in the Club’s history, with 223 goals – and in the French Championship with 299 goals.
