Spending time at the academies of Olympique Lyonnais and RC Strasbourg as a player, Morgan at the same time continued his studies until obtaining a Masters in sports science at the University of Lyon. He also obtained a university degree in physical training at the University of Dijon and a UEFA A license (BEF). Morgan also taught at the University of Paris Sud in the Football and Stress Physiology department for several years, then as a professor of EPS and also as an assistant trainer with a club playing in National 3 for 3 years. Morgan joined Manu Do Santos in the summer of 2020 to take charge of the physical training of the new generation at the academy, the U17s.
