Saïmon Bouabré joins Neom SC
AS Monaco has announced the transfer of 19-year-old midfielder Saïmon Bouabré to Neom SC, promoted to the Saudi first division.
Born in Saint-Etienne, Saïmon Bouabré joined La Diagonale in July 2021. The young midfielder first proved himself with the U17s, then with the U18s, notably contributing to AS Monaco’s victory in the Coupe Gambardella in 2022-2023.
Five professional appearances
Saïmon Bouabré then played with the Elite Group and participated in the Youth League last season. After making a few appearances with the first team (4 Ligue 1 matches and 1 Coupe de France match), the U20 international midfielder has joined Neom SC and will now play in the Saudi Pro League.
