The reaction of Leonardo Jardim after his side's loss at Montpellier.
We were not at a high level of intensity. We did not manage to evolve like the previous two games, playing as a strong and aggressive team. We lost some balls and let the opponent play, which brought both goals in the first half.
In the second half we came back with better attitude, a lot more positive and aggressive, closer to what we are looking for, but Montpellier played well and scored this third goal. They had a good game, I think their win is deserved.
If we can not stay focused, when we lose the ball it is more difficult. Defensively and offensively it was not what we needed. I told the players at half-time that this is not Monaco, it's not what we are looking for. We need intensity, lucidity; in this league those things must be primordial.
