SMALL CARE

SMALL CARE
4th episode of life of our Academicians in the Principality. Care, Red Cross training, sand training for goalkeepers, preventive weekly muscle circuit ... nothing is left to chance for our young people at the training center.

In the corridors of Louis II, young U17 group multiply cardiac massages on the models made available by the Monegasque Red Cross. Attentive and enterprising, students are trained in first aid. Four two-hour sessions were scheduled for the week. “It’s important, it can save us lives, it’s priceless,” our academy players say. This training reflects the interest of the academy. Nothing is left to chance.

Each category -N2, U19, U17- works with its dedicated physical trainer and his physiotherapist. All taken care of so that the training of the young people of the academy runs smoothly. Daily, the injured come to animate the room of care of the Turbie … “It is part of the training” declares Olivier …

Goalkeepers, for example, train one Monday a month on the sand of Marquet beach. “We work on routines, the speed” … Coordination but also prevention. Two to three times a week, at the beginning of the sessions, Doc Creuze supervises with Guillaume Ravé a circuit of several workshops to work “all muscle groups to prevent injuries as much as possible”.

Rise. Risk. Repeat.
