Thierry Henry: "Dijon will play smart”
Two days before the match against Dijon, Saturday at 8 p.m., Thierry Henry answered questions from journalists. Here are excerpts from this Thursday's press conference.

“Even though it wasn’t a win at Brugge, there were some interesting aspects. What I remember is that we played with two young 18-year-olds in attack and they worked very well. I think there are not many teams that have played with 18-year-olds with no experience on this Champions League matchday.

When you see Sylla’s match and Diop’s entry, the question of age does not really arise. They did not play as “young”, whether it’s an old man or a younger man, what matters to me is that he is good.”

“I have already returned to the Stade Louis II to watch matches but it’s true that this will be my first as a coach. I know every corner of this stadium, many memories will come to mind.
I’m not looking for excuses, but starting with two away matches is not the best way to reassure yourself. Saturday the pressure will still be there but it will be the case for both teams. Dijon is in a difficult moment and will be smart.

AS Monaco is not used to being in this situation but we must rely on the experience of some. Many of our players played in poorly ranked teams last year. They have to bring their experience.”

Rise. Risk. Repeat.
