It's Monaco's National Day!

It's Monaco's National Day!
On Thursday, November 19, AS Monaco wishes an excellent National Day to all Monegasques, in particular to HSH Prince Albert II.

Also called the Prince’s Day, the Monegasque National Day is always an opportunity to have a thought for Prince Rainier III, whose Saint is celebrated on November 19.

This celebration dates back to the year 1857 and the reign of Prince Charles III. The Monegasque National Day corresponds to the date of the feast of the patron saint of the Sovereign Prince. When SAS Albert II succeeded Rainier III, it should therefore have been moved to November 15, Saint Albert Day, but SAS Albert II wished to keep the date of November 19 in memory of his father.

Very close to AS Monaco before and during his reign from 1949 to 2005, Prince Rainier III, along with his wife Princess Grace, greatly contributed to the success of our club, transmitting this passion to the entire royal family, whom we warmly greet on this National Day.

On this occasion, Monegasques and residents of the Principality typically show their attachment to the Prince and his family, the city being decked out in national colors.

All of the online store of AS Monaco is also on sale at 19% off to honor this special day.
