Wissam Ben Yedder named Ligue 1's December Player of the Month!
Wissam Ben Yedder had a very impressive December. Named MVP in three games, he was also honored as the Monegasque player of the month and of the half-season by the red and white supporters. It thusonly makes sense that "WBY" was elected Ligue 1 player of the month for December 2019 on the UNFP website.
Despite being among the three finalists in October, he had not yet been named the big winner of the fan vote. December was more rewarding for him and it may not be the last time this season that Wissam Ben Yedder will be so honored, having started off in the same fashion in 2020.
