The Performance Center is situated in an exceptional natural site, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Within a confined and non-expandable space, the Performance Center is fully integrated into its environment, ensuring its preservation and long-term sustainability.

The earth excavated during the site-leveling works was subsequently reused during the construction phase.

A symbolic feature of the site, the cliff serves as a reminder that the Performance Center stands on the grounds of a former stone quarry—the extracted stone from which contributed to the construction of Fontvieille, the reclaimed land where the Louis II Stadium is built.
