After starting out at Villemomble, Maghnes continued his pre-training course at US Torcy. The left-footed midfielder joined the Academy in the summer of 2017. ‘I'm a nice, determined boy,’ he says simply, telling us a little more about himself. He made his first appearance for the pros in a friendly against Royal Antwerp in the summer of 2021, and took part in the second pre-season training camp in Austria. On 16 October 2021, he made his Ligue 1 debut against Lyon at Groupama Stadium. Since then, the #MadeInLaDiagonale player has played 22 games with the professionals in official matches, scoring one goal. That came against Rodez in the round of 32 of the Coupe de France 2022-2023. In his first full season with the Club du Rocher (2023-2024), the player scored 8 goals and provided 4 assists in 31 games. Maghnes has also been selected by Thierry Henry to take part in the 2024 Olympic Games with the French U-21 team. The Academy-trained player had a very good year, and took on managerial status for the 2024-2025 season, making 43 appearances for the club, scoring 7 goals and providing 12 assists.
