Romaric Etondé hails from Montreuil in Seine-Saint-Denis. After a spell with Paris FC (like his future team-mate Lucas Michal), he joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2017, where he played for six years, even taking part in several sessions with the pro squad. After a successful season with the Paris U19s, where he finished runner-up in the French U19 championship, he decided to join AS Monaco's Academy, where he signed his first professional contract in June 2023. After being loaned out to Cercle Bruges to discover the Belgian top flight, the player returned to the Rock to rack up the minutes with the Elite Group. Romaric Etonde scored 12 goals in 29 games in his first season, and took part in the professionals' training camp in Austria this summer.
