AS Monaco’s pre-season schedule is now complete. As the Rouge et Blanc begin their second week of training at the Performance Centre ahead of the start of the 2026-2027 campaign, which will kick off with the UEFA Conference League play-offs, they now know who they will face in their sixth and final friendly fixture.

An English legend in charge of the Sky Blues 🇬🇧

Following matches against AS Saint-Priest, Sporting CP, Cercle Brugge, Getafe and Liverpool, AS Monaco will take on Coventry City FC. Based in England from 8 to 14 August for their training camp at St. George’s Park, Filipe Luís’ men will bring their pre-season friendly programme to a close against the newly promoted Premier League side, Championship winners under the guidance of Chelsea legend Frank Lampard.

A reunion in the air 🤝

It promises to be a highly intriguing final test against a side the Rouge et Blanc already faced during last summer’s preparations at the home of the Three Lions. On that occasion, Monaco recorded an emphatic 5-0 victory, highlighted by a hat-trick from Maghnes Akliouche. The fixture will serve as the club’s final warm-up before its first official match of the season in the first leg of the UEFA Conference League play-offs on Thursday 20 August. The draw for that tie is scheduled to take place on 3 August.
