Ultras Monaco 94
Launched in 1994—as its name suggests—the Ultras Monaco 94 group traces its roots back to the sidelines of a high-profile European Cup match, as one of its early members recently recalled.
Several groups came together under the 'Ultras Monaco' banner in 1994, on the occasion of the Monaco vs. Barcelona Champions League match.

"Several groups came together under the 'Ultras Monaco' banner in 1994, on the occasion of the Monaco vs. Barcelona Champions League match. That collective was subsequently dissolved following our semi-final defeat against AC Milan, before two young Monegasques took up the banner and displayed it at the stadium," reminisced Eddie—a veteran Ultras member who joined just months after the UM94’s inception, and who served as the DJ for the group’s 30th-anniversary celebration in 2024.
Although they initially went by the name "Ultras Monaco Section Menton," the group eventually changed its name, ultimately settling on the moniker by which they are known today. The group thus evolved, gradually rallying a large following of supporters through their matchday displays, their organized away trips, and word of mouth.
Starting from a core group of 30 to 40 individuals, their numbers continued to climb, eventually peaking at nearly 400 members during the famous 2003–2004 season and the club's epic run in the Champions League.
Long-time occupants of the Pesage Stand, the UM94 have now been energizing home matches at the Stade Louis II—as well as away games, where the visiting supporters' sections are regularly packed—for over 30 years.
