16 PHILIPP KÖHN Goalkeeper

Philipp Köhn completed his entire training in Germany, with spells at Schalke 04 and Stuttgart before moving to Leipzig. He stayed with Red Bull and signed for Salzburg. Playing with the club's reserves, he gained experience and was loaned out to Swiss club FC Wil, with whom he played every match. With the experience he had gained, he returned to Salzburg and became the first-choice keeper. He went from strength to strength, winning the Austrian championship twice in 2022 and 2023, as well as the Cup in the 2021-2022 season. He also shone on the European stage, playing in 16 Champions League matches, including a Round of 16 tie against Bayern. A Swiss international, he is in the Nati squad for the 2022 World Cup. It was a year full of success and good performances, which earned him the goalkeeper of the season award with his club. He then joined AS Monaco in July 2023, where he played a total of 22 games in his first season with the club. A 23-game starter in the 2024-2025 season, the Swiss keeper enjoyed his first minutes in the Red and White shirt in Europe's premier club competition.
