We have respected the game plan put in place by the coach. We had a different game plan from the last few games, with a lot of one-on-ones, and that allowed us to recover a lot of high balls and exploit transitions, which are one of our strengths.

It felt good to play in this system. After the last games, I questioned myself. Today we found some answers and that made our game much smoother. This is a good sign for the future.

Tell us about that amazing goal by Wissam Ben Yedder…

He has a technical quality that is impressive and not ordinary. I think when Youssouf was about to cross he said to himself that since there was Wissam in the middle, there was a better chance of the ball ending up in the back of the net.
