Biography

Born on 16 November 1999 in Poland, Radoslaw Majecki has made 45 appearances for Legia Warsaw, including eight matches in European competitions. He made his professional debut at the age of 18 in the Polish second division whilst on loan at Stal Mielec. He signed for AS Monaco on 29 January 2020 and finished the season on loan at Legia. He won the Polish league title that year. A regular in Poland’s youth teams, the athletic goalkeeper (1.94m) was called up to the Polish national team in autumn 2019. During the 2022/2023 season, he featured in 34 matches for Belgian neighbours Cercle Brugge whilst on loan. Having become first-choice goalkeeper for AS Monaco in the second half of the 2023–2024 season, he helped the club return to the Champions League, keeping seven clean sheets in 12 matches. On the strength of his fine performances, the player has extended his contract with the Principality club until 2028.
